We ship all orders using UPS. All orders will be shipped out the day after they are ordered.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Shipping errors will be handled immediately - if you detect an error when you receive the tracking number please contact us and we will either reroute the package or reship, which ever is faster for YOU!
If you receive a damaged, broken or defective item - we need to be contacted immediately with a detailed description of what is wrong. We need to determine the origin of the damage - was it from the manufacturer, UPS, or inadequate packaging? If you receive a damaged item from UPS - we will reship another item at no charge to you. You will need to hold onto the damaged item for 7-10 business days in case UPS needs to pick up the item. WE MUST BE CONTACTED ON SHIPPING DAMAGES WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED, OTHERWISE NO CREDIT WILL BE ABLE TO BE GIVEN ON FREIGHT DAMAGES. The only reason this policy is in place is because the freight company only allows so many days for claims to be filed.
If you receive a defective item - we will reship another at no charge UPS ground and file a claim with the manufacturer. PLEASE HOLD THE ITEM FOR 7-10 DAYS in case the manufacturer call tags the item back.
If you return an item to us for any reason other than the above we will refund your money with a 20% restocking fee IF THE ITEM IS IN RESTOCKABLE CONDITION (we must be able to put it on our shelves as a new product).
Other Information: We use UPS to ship our products. We offer the following shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver. Once you submit your order online we will email you a UPS tracking number so that you will know AT ALL TIMES where your order is located and when you can expect it to arrive.
